1. Acceptance of Terms

• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account, except in cases of technical error or as required by law.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified. We may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for details.

3.3 Fees and Charges

4. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

4.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on bmy888 are final and cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bets are correct before submission. We are not liable for any errors you make when placing bets.

Bets are accepted only if you have sufficient funds in your account at the time of placement. If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical malfunction, the bet will be voided, and your stake will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, bet voidance, and forfeiture of funds:

For sports betting, all bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is postponed, canceled, or abandoned, bets may be voided or settled according to the specific rules of that sport.

We reserve the right to void bets if we determine that the outcome was influenced by match-fixing, insider information, or other forms of corruption.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
